Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to service calls courteously and professionally;
Provide technical support through remote and on-site interventions;
Diagnose issues and propose technical solutions tailored to client needs;
Manage incidents according to priority levels;
Manage on-premises and cloud-based system and network infrastructure;
Manage IT security;
Collaborate with team members to research and implement technical solutions;
Organize and document information related to issues and resolutions;
Apply procedures in accordance with company standards;
Participate in team projects while meeting established deadlines;
Take part in the team’s on-call rotation for support services.
Qualifications and Skills
College diploma (DEC) or AEC in Information Technology or other relevant training;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of Windows-based client environments;
Knowledge of Windows Server environments;
Knowledge of IT security principles;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of enterprise networking concepts;
Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure management concepts (Active Directory, VMware virtualization, backups, etc.);
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (an asset).

Bilingual (French/English) required.
