Position Summary

The Marketing and Communications Agent supports the execution of Thibert’s marketing and communication initiatives. This junior-level position is ideal for a versatile, organized, and motivated individual looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation, coordination, and distribution of newsletters and promotional campaigns;

• Contribute to the organization of corporate events, sponsorships, and business trips;

• Update website content (banners, copy, promotional materials);

• Manage interactions on social media platforms (community responses);

• Provide customer support related to private-label brands;

• Support day-to-day marketing activities and various operational initiatives;

• Participate in internal committees (marketing, product, sales) depending on projects;

• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of marketing tools and processes.

Desired Profile

• Education in marketing, communications, or a related field;

• Interest in Thibert’s product categories (wheels, tools, garage equipment, etc.);

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (internships or relevant experience accepted);

• Strong interest in operational marketing;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Comfortable using digital tools (CMS, newsletter platforms, social media);

• Team player with a proactive and autonomous mindset.

Conditions

• Full-time position;

• Annual salary: $40,000 to $45,000, depending on experience;
