REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:

The Delivery Driver reports directly to the Facility/Fleet Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of bulk and packaged products predetermined customers throughout Ontario. This position will receive specific routes, will have to review orders prior to delivery, load and unload trucks and provide an exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for a team member who will represents the Company in a professional manner.

ACTIVITIES:

• Responsible for delivery of bulk and packaged products in a safe and efficient manner.
• AZ Licenced with ability to operate a manual transmission (all configurations).
• Acts as an extension to our Customer Service department in the field.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
• Ensures customer goodwill and satisfaction.
• Ensures delivery of product is on time and meets customer expectations.
• Ensures company policy and legal requirements are followed in the delivery of product.
• Assists in the responsible management of company assets, specifically trucks, totes, etc.
• Responsible for proper and safe loading of the assigned truck and unloading of product.
• Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the delivery truck.
• Represents and promotes the company in a competent and professional manner.
• Understands and complies with Company Health and Safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to be out of town weekly/biweekly routes including extended run north and possibly QC.
• Must be willing to learn the operation of other trucks in the fleet (DZ equipment) and fill in those units should the need arise.
• Liquid bulk product delivery experience not necessary but would be considered an asset.
• Ability to handle package deliveries including manually offloading of product at customer locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2 years of pertinent related Delivery Driver experience, a valid AZ License and a

• clean driving record

• Education: High School Diploma

• Language: Fluent in English spoken and written.
