Sales Development Representative (SDR) – North-West Territory

Position Overview
The North-West Territory Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding RTX’s presence in a diverse and evolving market. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional who excels in identifying and converting high-potential prospects, particularly from competing brands.
Key Responsibilities
•Research and identify new sales opportunities within the North-West Territory.
•Proactively engage with potential clients, including those currently aligned with competitors.
•Deliver compelling pitches and presentations highlighting RTX Wheels’ value proposition.
•Develop and maintain a strategic territory plan to ensure consistent pipeline growth.
•Partner with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
•Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications
•At least 10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
•Demonstrated success in developing new business and closing high-value deals.
•Familiarity with the North-West market’s geography and key players.
•Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
•Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, spending over 80% of time on the road, including overnight stays.
•The company’s headquarters is located in Canada, and the representative will report to a U.S.-based manager who reports directly to the Canadian headquarters.
•The representative will be based in Washington.
Covering states: WA, OR, MT, WY, ND, SD & NE
•This position offers a base salary with significant commissions based on new business generated.
Yearly basic salary:
Total annual compensation up to $100,000, including a base salary of 60 000$ - 65 000$ and a competitive commission structure. Details on performance-based earnings will be discussed during the interview process.
